In line with GCF’s vision and mission, the Exalting Ministry seeks to glorify God by helping people know Christ and make Him known through worship and music ministry opportunities.

Administration

Enabling Ministry

WHO WE ARE

The church’s auxiliary arm, the Enabling Ministry, ensures that programs of other mainstream ministries are well-supported in the administrative aspects. The Enabling Ministry also sees to it that there is proper stewardship of all the resources that God has graciously provided.

Discipleship

Equipping + Edifying Ministry

Head: P. Allan Santos

WHO WE ARE

The Equipping + Edifying Ministry aims to serve and equip believers in the task of ministering to one another toward spiritual transformation and maturity. This ministry aspires to train leaders and members to effectively perform their assigned ministries and disciple people with the intention of developing new leaders.

Evangelizing Ministry

Head: Nick Simonsen

WHO WE ARE

The Evangelizing Ministry serves as the catalyst of the church towards fulfilling the Great Commission. This ministry encourages, challenges, and trains our members to share with our families, friends, and co-workers in Calgary and beyond the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ alone.

  • Local, cross-cultural, and global evangelism and missions initiatives

 

Educating Ministry

Head: Vanessa Romero

WHO WE ARE

The Educating Ministry seeks to educate our younger generations and prepare them to take responsibility for ministries and leadership roles in the years ahead. We believe that simultaneous caring and teaching of God’s word to these generations is also our way of helping them become positive influencers among their peers, in school, and in the community.

WHAT WE DO

  • Saturday school

  • Youth fellowships and camps

  • Parenting seminars and volunteer training

  • Children’s outreach events, in partnership with the Evangelizing Ministry
